- Gather sterile supplies: alcohol wipes, sterile syringe, and needle.
- Disinfect the rubber stopper of both vials.
- Draw the required volume of bacteriostatic water.
- Inject slowly into the peptide vial, letting the water run down the vial wall.
- Gently swirl — never shake — until fully dissolved.
- Store per peptide-specific recommendations.
